Hi everyone

I have a 2015 Ford C-Max energi and the 12v battery died last night so I had to jump start it in the morning. After jump starting the vehicle the rear view camera stays on the whole time. I can’t access the sync from my ford touch. I have tried removing the f67 fuse and replacing it but the rear view camera remains on.

Any suggestions on what I can do? Or do I have to take it to the dealer?

Thanks in advance!

;The 12V battery should be checked at some auto parts store/battery place and react from what they tell you.    Fix the 12V battery issue then the other stuff.

Thank you for the quick response Billyk24, I actually took that car to the dealer to diagnose why the 12v battery drained overnight (since this was the 2nd time it happened in 2weeks) and they stated the battery is fine and was replaced recently. They stated they updated some of the programs and couldn’t find why the battery drained. I didn’t want to pay an additional $160 for the rear view camera diagnostic.
