The Value Charge button on my 2013 Energi display no longer works.  Pressing it doesn't do anything.  Also, I can't edit the Value Charge settings on the car's display and I can't log into my Energi with the MyFordMobile app (tries to update but fails).

Have you had your 2G modem swapped out?

Thanks for the thought.  The modem was swapped out many months ago.

However, I did solve the problem.  With the car in auxiliary mode, I pulled out and reseated fuse F67 from the panel below the glove box.  It effectively rebooted the display and everything is working again!
