My GPS seems to have failed.  I'm getting a GPS symbol with a red slash through it at the bottom of the map screen after a few minutes of driving and the map is not accurate.

I wouldn't care too much about this because I use Waze on my phone for navigation, but the car doesn't know where it is and that affects the charging schedules I have been using (value charging at home and instant charging everywhere else).

No error message are displayed anywhere I can think of and the car is out of warranty (by mileage).

Any suggestions how to diagnose the problem?

Something like that is not going to show codes in normal places since it isn't mission critical or powertrain related. You should be able to pull it up with Forscan though

Check to see if the memory card in the center console is set properly.  I had a passenger jam something in there and it came loose.   You just pushed to pop it out and push to re-seat it.

Memory card?  I'm not aware of any memory card.

I did add a dashcam about 3 months ago.  I unplugged the power to it as a test but the GPS still didn't work.  Today however, the GPS was fine all the way home from work (dashcam also plugged in).  Must be a loose connection or something, just don't know where to look.

The GPS map data is on an SD card plugged in inside the center console.  At least, on my 2013.

My 2016 has no such card.  Today on the way home it went out again.  The map was actually spinning in circles at one point!  Actually kind of cool to watch.

Now yesterday a message came up on the center screen that said my phone had an unstable Bluetooth connection, please check it or something like that.  Have never seen that before. GPS continues to be hit and miss, working sometimes but not others.  I turned Bluetooth off on the phone but the GPS still was out of wack for the rest of the trip home.

What's the method to do a center stack reboot?  Pull some fuse or undo the battery negative?

I think it's usually fuses 67 and 79 under the passenger dash to pull for a bit then, put them back in.
