Leased this Ford C-Max energy 2017 this March. The first day of driving....12 V battery dead. Then this week the car got me stuck at a supermarket parking due to Parking mode stuck and could not shift to Reverse mode. I was so pissed. The car literally was brand new and I put on only 1500 miles so far and already being so unreliable. Car got towed back to dealer. Dealer promised fixing 2 days, now almost a week and not even done, I lease it 350/Month. They let me rent a Ford Focus to drive to work, but I have to pay gas. So pissed. Should I raise hell tomorrow when the General sale manager come in ?

Check out your local Lemon Laws, there are time limits and such.

Both sound like a defective 12 volt battery or charging system. The park lock is something that happens when there is zero power to even enable the park interlock system (I had that happen with my Taurus and had to open up the plastic housing under the shift lock to manually move into neutral). Make sure that the service people are focusing on the overall 12-volt system, since that's what appears to be the shared problem. Oh, and raise at least a bit of hell, but chalk it up to your frustration. {Jonathan}

Been trying to reach the general sale manager but he didn't even call back. Left numerous messages for his front desk but never call me back.... I am planning to stop by tomorrow or Wednesday to discuss.

See if the dealership has a facebook page.  You can also contact Ford Customer service.

Check if your dealership is a EV capable dealership.  It could be why you are having to wait so long.  They might have to get a ford EV capable worker in to that dealership.  Someone here did give me the link to check EV capable dealerships, i just dont remember it.
