Sorry, but this is entirely your own fault. You signed the lease, obviously without reading it first. Now you want out of a legally binding contract, that you signed. There will be penalties - those are also going to be specified, in writing, in the lease contract that you signed and agreed to.

 

NEVER sign a contract without first READING and UNDERSTANDING every word of what it is you are signing!
