My energy leaves are not working, which leads me to believe there’s something wrong and my Ford C-Max hybrid battery/energy saving is not working properly. I took it to the dealer recently, was charged for looking it over and said he couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Of course everything was working at the time and he said there was no history in the computer but indicated anything was ever wrong. Is no longer working again. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Raja, how can I attach a photo to this without connecting my phone to a computer? The picture’s on my phone, isn’t there an easy way to do this?

Usually I plug my iphone into the usb of the computer, on the phone it comes up and says "allow" or "don't allow" access.  You hit allow, then you go to reply here, go to more reply options, click to attach a photo, and navigate your phone to the picture and attach it.  Its easy really, just plug the phone charge cable into the USB port of the computer and go.

Ok will wait to see what you mean.

FYI, you can also record a short video and explain and show what you're experiencing, then upload that video to youtube and post the link here.

Best regards,

Are you getting your normal electric range out of the battery? I have never paid attention to the energy leaves...

Not trying to be offensive but it sounds like the OP isn't tech savvy (nothing wrong with that) so this could be a case of user error (turn them off in the display or similar action via the right controller).
