That's bizarre. I checked my log and I don't have anything like that, but it looks like it happens when your battery is depleted and you're in hybrid mode. Anybody else seeing that?

Ditto, saw it on my Android app actually.  Something changed with the MFM calculations.

I sent an email to myfordmo@ford.com asking about this.  I did just notice that the timestamps are correct on the MFM website, which is a good change since the last umpteen number of months...

Well at least MFM lets me log in now.  I just logged in and the times are still off from yesterday, it says I finished at ride at 2:50am.

We'll see what it logs today, I'm leaving in about an hour...

That's odd, my times from Friday on are right, Thursday still looks off, but I can't remember that far back...

I’m in natick mall now, the last update is correct t, 12:34pm trip ending.

Some kid was sitting in an SUV at the charger. I waved to him he rolled down the window. “Please tell your mother not to park here, it’s for electric cars only, I know this is closer but plenty of spaces behind you and we need to charge.” He said thanks, hopefully one less person parking “close” because it’s cold or whatnot...

Now the mileage is crazy on the low side. But at least the clock times now make sense. And the website certificate is now renewd.

You're right ?!  Even mine now went to 0.1 MPG.  Looks like some programmer decided to get rid of MPGe which MFM reported if you drove 100% EV.. Look at my log:

Sometimes those "improvements" are not, I wish they would have left MPGe option in the dash and lifetime summary so I don't have to keep track on my own now its just silly to continue to cut out stuff.

You could look at MPGe and get some sort of sense of how well you drove, how the cold affected you range, etc.  Now you can't even go to MFM to look that up.  Whom do we complain to and get stuff back, really?

Just called MFM, been on hold for quite some time and talking to a rep back and forth with 4 minute holds in between.  She finally said she may have to escalate this so let's see what happens.  Hopefully it will be fixed.

Ok she escalated this with a case number, may take 7 business days to resolve.

My MFM driving log still shows MPGe and realistic numbers.

This problem is still happening.  After my drive yesterday I realized that you get crazy high MPG numbers when use use the Engine as well as EV and 0.1mpg when you use 100% EV.

Not only that, but now when you plug the car to charge up, MFM shows the same time 4 times for charging the car battery to full, where it used to show different times for 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full.  And that time is off by 7 hours...See below:

Tom, I think this problem might be unique to the people who are no longer blessed with MPG and MPGe options.  Older models works perfect with MFM but newer models they hacked information left and right and caused problems with the programming code that Ford doesn't seem to know how to rewrite.

I think you are right. Mine works ok for bot EV drives and mixed EV and EV later drives. The timestamps are also correct. Hope they get is resolved for you.

I am having the same issue.   3000 Miles on my 2016 Energi and showing the same crazy mpg and .01 when in EV only.    I called Ford MFM support and they came back and said my modem needed updated to V1.1.4 as it is on V 1.1.1 and can only be done at dealer. I don`t know how true that is.  Car is going to dealer Thursday to have a noise checked out on rear suspension. I will ask about this modem update.

Same issue with 5 month old 2017 cmax energi.  If it's a modem firmware thing, they must have just broken the software and created a modem firmware patch and are requiring all recent cars to update.  I doubt that though...seems more logical that it is just a bug on their site...but only Ford would know.

I hope it is just a bug. I have 2 2016 Energi so I can compare. Finally tomorrow I am bringing my black one to the dealer to have the modem (TCU) (telematics) replaced for the field service update. MFM has not worked with this car yet. I will be on this weekly until they have it fixed.

I'm sure its a MFM software bug.  It was working before for the last several months with my 2017 Cmax.  Now also they busted the time to charge. it shows the same time over and over again for 1/4, 1/2. 3/4 and full.  It used to show different times and estimates of when it would reach those levels.  See below:

Notice the correct time shows on the left at 2:19pm, but on the right it shows 5 hours longer and 7:19 for both 3/4 and full.  If the car was empty it would show 7:19 times there.  Its stupid, and MFM programmers are scratching their heads... :headscratch:
