I've hunted through the owner's manual and done google searching and I still can't find the answer to this question...

There are GO Times, and there's the Value Charge system, they are separate as far as I'm aware (value charge attempts to optimize the charging schedule around the time when power is cheapest) but in GO Times there's a toggle switch called "Charge Schedule".  I can't figure out what that's supposed to do.

I think it'll partially override the Value Charge system to make sure your car is fully charged by your Go Time. But, I gave up on Value Charge because there's no time-of-day electricity pricing here and it was causing me to use the ICE for no good reason.
