Can't login to MFM and unable to re-register (phone number already used)

It's been several months since I've used MFM, possibly since my new modem was installed. I'm trying to log in, and I can't. I've tried all of my email addresses to no avail. So I had my password reset using my phone/text, but I still can't log in with any email address. And it won't let me re-register because my phone number is already in use.

Yep, same problem or similar problem.   I can't get into my account and it says it is sending a text message to me but it never arrives - 5 minutes or otherwise.  I have tried several times with no success.


There was a new update to myFordmobile recently but it acts the same.


I will try to contact this forum to see if I can get flushed off the system and re-register with myfordmobile.
