I've read about the My Ford Mobile app and wanted to use some of it's features. I downloaded the app to my Android phone, registered and the next time I try to log in, I try with my email an get the "id or password incorrect" .  I get a new password sent to me and when I try to use it, it still get rejected. I try to reregister and it won't let me register, that the email is already registered. I gave up and deleted the app. Anyone have any suggestions to get this app to work?

 

Downloaded the app again and re registered with different email, try to log in and get the same message, incorrect id or password, click "forgot password", get new password and try to log in, same incorrect message. Don't know why this app don't like me. :banghead:

Try getting your account straight using the website version (myfordmobile.com) first.

Never had an issue logging into the MFM app, I agree, if the website works then the app should work...

 

The app itself has its fair share of issues though, I often have to Force Stop the app before using it maybe 3/4ths of the time these days.  I complained to Ford about it and they mentioned a new MFM update is due sometime this month.
