^^^ Precisely ^^^  3/4 in is 19.05mm and 19mm just a little bit smaller less rock.

Was installing rear shocks on my son's Fusion and found the same problem with two or three of his lug nuts, the chrome was bubbled up from corrosion under the chrome plating. Used a rubber hammer to get the socket on the swelled ones and he ordered new nuts.
