One cool feature is being able to start the climate control remotely.  The electric a/c will run off battery for 15 minute X 2 intervals so after 30 minutes the a/c shuts off.  You can them restart it with an app on your phone.  Very cool but I wish Ford would let you set longer times.  That's not my idea though.  Why not set up alerts letting you know when the interior temperature exceeds a certain point?  Then if you leave a pet in the car you will get notified if it gets too hot.  Seems like just software since the car already has everything else needed to do this.

It is illegal to leave your pet in the car if conditions warrant you worrying about the temperature.

You'd probably have an animal lover break the window to free your pet. They wouldn't notice your AC was on, and it was cool inside.

I know that there is a display for  outside temperature, but is there a way to get the inside temperature, c-max 2017.

You can get it through an OBD interface, no stock option on any displays in the car or via MFM.
