Newly registered My Ford Mobile app--nothing there?

Hi all,

 

Just purchased a pre-owned 2013 Energi yesterday and downloaded the My Ford Mobile App. I clicked on the link in the confirmation emails and got pop ups stating my account was confirmed, but the app just looks like the screenshot attached.

 

Any idea if a) it just takes a while to reflect the registration confirmation b) this app just isn't working anymore because of the 2G issues (I read through a handful of threads first) c) or something's actually wrong with it?

 

Any help would be appreciated--thanks!

It takes a day or so until the app is active, you'll receive an e-mail or text when it's available, at least that's how it worked for my 2017 Fusion.

I thought you have to get a confirmation of some sort in the car itself?
