When I accelerate (a little too hard) the car pulls to the right.  Sometimes I hear a wheel spinning out on acceleration.  When I go over a bump the wheel feels like it wobbles left then right.  Is it a loose nut, ball joint or control arm that might be the issue?

Jack up the car on each side and try to move the tire left and right (push on 3pm and pull on 9pm then alternate) and up and down (push on 12pm and pull on 6pm then alternate).  Should be no play either way.  If play left and right loose or bad tie rod end, if up and down play loose or bad ball joint or control arm.

Hope this helps.  Check each side to eliminate these possibilities.

I had very similar symptoms, but I also noticed that sound (of a worn bushing). So replacing a bushing helped out in my case.
