So, recently I have noticed that when I'm braking it seems that between 20mph and 10 mph while I'm braking the brake pedal feels as if it suddenly gets hard. Like stepping on a board, then it is fine. I haven't noticed this before.

Let's get you back to braking smoothly, SSE; please send me a PM with your name, contact number, VIN, current mileage, and dealer info. Have you spoken with your dealer about this yet?

Rachel
