My home screen shows only the temperatures for the driver and passenger settings in the lower right quadrant (Climate quadrant) but the image shown on the Ford website shows both the temperatures PLUS small icons below them which appear to be for the seat heaters and the A/C settings.

See image referred to at      http://support.ford....nc-myford-touch

Also, when logged on to the site it indicates that my Sync software is up-to-date with Gen2-V3.6.2

My 2013 NRG build date is 9/22/2013.

Anyone have an explanation or suggestion?

Might be for a different car, like the Fusion Energi.  They have some more options in the same menus there that we don't have in the Cmax version, not sure why but that's how it is.

3.6.2 is said to be the latest for Cmax Energies.  3.7 is out for European stuff.

My Fusion Hybrid has the seat heat controls on the home screen, but not my C-Max erg.  The bone heads that designed the Fusion did not include mechanical controls for the seat heaters (at lease on the titanianm version), i can only control them via the touch screen.  I think the seat heat buttons were added there as an afterthought/band aid so they can be used without going deeper into the climate screens.
