EDIT; SOLUTION FOUND...Pull out fuse 67 for 10 seconds (Fuse not broken)....located in FUSE BOX UNDER PASSENGER SIDE GLOVE BOX ! This resets the system.
By the way..my phone data service stopped working past 36 hours...worried that the fuse solution would not be testable...just after i pulled and replaced the fuse the phone data service returned...coincidence or connection? hmmmm...

Very happy C-Max driver (288 MPG...with a high of 399 last month!)
However, my current stats & status are not updating...it reflects information from a week ago. I have no idea why this has occurred...besides the obvious layout/design inefficiencies of the app itself (long, thin lines instead of fingertip sized squares? What is this, 1997?) I have had no problems with it & use it all the time.
One of my Focus Electric owners has been having the problem as well this last week...maybe its system wide?
Anyone else have this problem? I have not tried to reset & reregister the car to the App.
EDIT: Remote unlock does not work either.
EDIT 2: Someone suggested pulling Fuse 67, waiting 10 seconds, then plugging back in...This worked great!
