Having the same issue with my 2016 Fusion Energi. Going back to the dealer tomorrow for a second attempt at resolving the issue.
I’m told that the software update(s) were done during the first attempt..
All seemed good when i got the car back but the same problems returned as soon as i unplugged from charging again. (Ford network level 2 charger)...
Anyone sort out the root cause ? And fix ?
